Custom Jeans Order Terms

I work online and make jeans to order, combining ready-made base patterns with personalized solutions. Below you’ll find a clear explanation of the collaboration formats, fit and customization options, as well as transparent guidance on pricing and timelines.

What is included in the basic package?

BASIC FIT

• Ready-made patterns.
• Standard fit to choose from:
  Standard - high fit, loose hips and buttocks.
  Slim - mid-rise fit, tapered hips (similar to modern 501s)
  
• Basic fit adjustments:
  (change in width or length of the leg and waist circumference within ±2 cm ).
• Choosing denim from the current range. I can send fabric samples if needed.
• Choice of hardware from the current selection, closure type, and pocket parameters.
• Online consultation on:
  • denim selection
  • taking measurements
  • garment care.

 

Price: from 6,500 UAH

The final price depends on the selected denim. The current denim availability list is updated on the brand’s Instagram page (Highlights).

Who is BASIC FIT suitable for?

The base package is designed to suit most clients and deliver a predictable result. It includes standard fits and basic adjustments that work well in 80–90% of cases.

If you want a fit tailored specifically to your body, or wish to change the construction or design, I offer individual pattern-making and custom solutions.

PERSONAL FIT

Individual landing

A format for those who want a fit fully adapted to their body.

Includes:

• sizes outside my standard size range (44W+, 36L+)
• the option to reference your favorite pair of jeans
• individual, in-depth pattern adjustments
• rise height changes
• corrections to thigh volume, waistband, leg width, and length

Price: from 1,500 UAH

(added to the cost of the basic package)

Personal patterns are stored indefinitely and can be reused for future orders at no extra cost.

CUSTOM - custom design

Creating a pair with individual design solutions, such as:

• buckle back
• additional or patch pockets
• double knee
• other custom elements

Price: from 1,500 UAH

(final price depends on the complexity of the solutions)

Terms

I work individually on each pair, so I deliberately limit the number of orders to maintain quality and ensure a good result. Production time depends on the current queue and the chosen collaboration format.

On average, the time from payment to a finished pair is about 3 weeks. After the initial consultation, I always provide a realistic and more precise timeline for your specific order.

Payment

Work begins after a 50% prepayment. The remaining balance is paid after completion, before shipping the finished pair.
If you wish, you may pay 100% upfront. I always appreciate this level of trust, but it’s not required.

Important to know

I work within my own aesthetic and approach to pattern-making, and I only take on orders whose results I can fully stand behind.

If I understand that I won’t be able to deliver a predictable result or realize a request within my approach, I’ll say so honestly before starting the work.
